Please (in detail) describe the incident: Officer is attaching handcuffs to suspect, has nothing to defend himself, as an attempt to save my friend i pulled a gun to his head and gave clear and verbal instructions on what to do, instead of fearing for his life, he somehow cancels the handcuff animation, runs away and pulls a gun out then proceeds to shoot me in the head. he didnt fear for his life at all.

Thankyou for letting me know.

During this situation we had reports of Big Bank was being robbed. Multiple suspects was seen inside which FTOC officers responded to. Once the area was safe, EMT trained officers helped to provid medical treatment. I was outside dealing with two suspects in cuffs that ran out and reliving firearms to attend a different call. At this a white/blue van pulled up claiming to have been told to come and repair the systems. I stated multiple times for these people to leave the area on which they failed to do so multiple times. This is when i used forces to arrested one of the suspects as seen in the provided video.

At this time there was only the one behind me which made me make a calculated risk that my life was not in any danger or outnumbered. Upon arresting the suspects. I was moving away from the suspect who was behind me and upon doing so pulled a gun towards me. I didn't hear him say anything towards me as he was very quiet. Due to this, this is when i protected myself by using lethal force. I then proceeded to follow my standard procedures to detain any suspects who were involved. This is when the female seen in the second video provided failed to comply to put her hands up and then pulled a firearm out and tried to shoot myself. This is when again lethal force was used to neutralize the suspect.

Pointing out that at no point did i see my life was in any danger until this suspect pulled a gun out on which i reacted. He was the only one who had a gun and the female suspect was by the van not paying attention to what was happening until it was to late. Also, due to having one is cuffs and one suspects behind me. I was not outnumbered at all and was able to react to any threats that would occur. This clearly points out that i was not at an disadvantage or to comply to any demands as you can hear the suspect pointing the gun can hardly be heard due to speaking so quietly. There for i complied by defending my life as i was not outnumbered and was allowed to react to any threats made towards like life.

1. You say you didnt hear me, but you can CLEARLY see right before time stamp 2:30, i switched from whisper to SHOUT, so to say you didnt hear me is bull shit.
2. Secondly, you say your life wasent at risk, when you are BENT OVER handcuffing a suspect, you litterally are in the most vunerable position possible so when theres a gun to the back of your head, not even a special forces soldier could get out of that situation, the only option was to comply.
3. at the time i pulled the gun you were still cuffing him so to say "Also, due to having one is cuffs and one suspects behind me" is a lie, as you can clearly see from my POV.
all and all, outnumbered or not, you had no weapon, you had your head to the back of a barrel and you decided to not fear for your life.

This is your opinion on the events that occurred on which i fully understand you point. I apologise in advance for any wrong doing you believe i have done with RP given. However, with the situation i do not believe that any rules has been broken and my actions were justified. Therefore a shall leave it to a staff decision with judgement of my actions in this event. If staff believe that i do ni fact need to reflect my cause of actions and attempt a different approach to this type of RP situation. I shall learn from this situation and correct any mistakes made in this encounter moving forward.

Hello @Mr Reznikov and @GustavSPLV,

After reading through this report and reviewing the evidence I can confidently say this is not NVL, the officer was at big bank with other units present as you can see in the second video they come rushing out after hearing the commotion, he took his chance in a one vs one situation (at the time of holding him up.)

Wrong place to try and hold up a police officer with other units around the area, coordination could of changed the outcome of this.
