Which server did the incident take place on: GTA RP

Date of the incident: 07/04/21

Time of the incident (GMT) 24hr Format: 1530

What best describes this incident ?: Attempt vdm for id 586 and F slur for 584

Please (in detail) describe the incident: these guys pulled up to balla turf asking to put purple on they got asked to get off our turf one ended up running way and going onto on the roofs his pal tries to knock me down with the car twice and ends up getting shot, for the guy on the roofs when down doesn't act injured at all and uses a f slur.

just the other video wouldn't let me edited the report 

 
Pretty straight forward report this one. Although I do have one thing to say, in future when people are VDM'ing you, you must still give high quality roleplay before you shoot someone as someone breaking a rule doesn't give you the right to break one yourself.

ID 586 Will receive a 1 day ban for RVDM in accordance with the fair ban system

ID 584 Will receive a permanent ban for C1.2 Discrimination.
