Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was getting stopped by people impersonating police, after not listening to them because they were false police they started insulting me. Breaking rule C1.2.

Unfortunately my recording didn't capture the first time he broke the rule, hence why I was telling him to say what he initially said to me again. If the evidence I provided above isn't enought to warrant a ban on this individual I understand.
