Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was at Tire Nutz, chatting to some employees and other members of The Lost and it was a bunch of guys running people over for no reason.

From what I can understand is these people came up to Tire Nutz causing trouble earlier in the day and came back after being killed and they had respawned. After respawning they came back and started mass RVDMing everyone at Tire Nutz.

In the clip, the ones that I can see that are disrupting RP and being overall trolls are currently banned for this exact scenario and ones before it, I'll add this as a note.
