Please (in detail) describe the incident: So i came to prison afte i had been to pick up some supply at Sandy Shores PS while my partner helped out at prison. I returned and a man earlier sent to prison asked for a lift which we declined before i got into our vehicle repeatedly. During this encounter he metagamed me by straight up calling me by my community name even tho we have had no previous interactions. He then seemingly pretty randomly without any form of quality RP started hitting my partner Dave. After a bit Dave got into he car and we locked the doors when the man screamed "and then we got your driver who cant speak english".

Hav ent attempted to resolve this due to the toxic behavior. The person has obviously played here a while since he knows my voice and name and should know better. Not interested in talking to them based on this.

I have not had any previous interactions with you. You know my voice from before and address me as a name i have never used ingame. It is clear your using information gained out of game in the situation. Your english comment is in my eyes a discriminatory iam unsure if staff would look at it differently but in my opinion you have nothing to do in this community with toxic behavior like that.

i literally didnt impact anything by saying your name lol we used to always have a laugh on arma idk why youve gone sour with me but hey ho..

ive been having a good time on gta lol, cops are helpful and stuff. you were just being arsey with me for some reason.

also idk how its discrimination.. you can clearly speak english i was taking piss bcos as i said, being an arse. i say it to everyone also, anyone not with my characters accent, english people and all

I've given both sides enough time to discuss the points they've made and I'm ready to close this report. Firstly I will agree that perhaps TikTak and Dave were a little 'straight to the point' and not providing too much RP. But I can sort of see this from an RP perspective. If I'd watched my colleagues get stabbed by someone, I probably wouldn't want to say much to that person. Unfortunately that's as much leeway as I can give. It was clear from the video Majazuri that you couldn't be bothered to go and find your own car, and so you attempted to persuade TikTak to take you back to the city by communicating to him in-game using his Forum handle. This most definitely violates G2.3 regardless of your reasoning. Furthermore, by constantly jumping back into the car when they've repeatedly told you to get out, you're not only verging on what I'd class as trolling (which I've decided not to add to due to the length of the encounter), but by doing so you're denying the police officers RP because you're taking up their time. Finally the comment at the end will not be tolerated. I simply don't believe you were 'taking the piss' and instead, I imagine you got so annoyed after being abandoned, you decided to take out this frustration in a comment aimed at TikTak, which is just appalling. Considering your previous actions on Arma, I am forced to give you a week ban as a final chance for you to alter your perception of the community and its members. Consider yourself lucky this one isn't permanent and I'd be very careful to have read ALL the rules before coming back, as next time won't be quite as merciful, regardless of the platforms.
