Which server did the incident take place on: GTA RP
Date of the incident: 12/04/21
Time of the incident (GMT) 24hr Format: 19:50
What best describes this incident ?: NVL x2 and possible metagaming
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I attempted to rob this taxi driver and asked him three times to step out of the vehicle with his hands up and he failed to comply and said "No" then drove off, I also warned him I was going to shoot him if he didn't comply. he proceeded to drive away and as he was driving I shot him out of the vehicle. I then took him to paleto to try the robbery again and he completely ignores me the whole way up to the hospital and even when he is out of the bed it calls for a pickup and completely ignores me. I followed him outside where he met up with all his friends and then tries to slash me with a machete and I roll and kill him.
It was clear that this individual did now want to loose whatever he had on him and would rather attempt to get away with rule breaks to keep his items. I let it slide the first time he broke the rule and was hoping he would have listened to my demands after but clearly did not intend to.
The reason I say it was a possible metagame is because he called on radio for a pickup at paleto and in about 30 secoonds they had showed up outside waiting. it seems like OOC they already knew he was at paleto and was preparing much sooner. Nothing much happens after that but I believe they put him back in the hospital bed after I shot him the second time.
