Please (in detail) describe the incident: Basically i was selling at grove and this cop in a black bmw starts to chase me and then when i am trying to escape the bike starts smoking and what i do is get of the bike and start to run and the officer tasers me while i was jumping the fence mid way threw and i end up on the other side of the fence and then the officer cuffs me threw the fence and when he does that i ended up back on his side dead and in cuffs i don't think this was the best role play scenario and i felt this was break of the rule of (C2.2) Exploiting as it was unrealistic and shouldn't of happened

Point 1: Always try to talk to someone before placing a report up because you have wasted your time.

Point 3: You denied me so many passages of RP after you were placed into cuffs.

• I tried to talk to you after informing you of the arrest. No response. 
• I tried to talk to you to RP me assessing your injuries. No response. 
• I tried to talk to you on the way to Pillbox. No response. 
• I tried to ask you to press the elevator in Pillbox garage so your screen wouldn’t fuck up (numerous times). No response. 
• I tried to talk to you at the local doctor. No response. 
• But you did finally talk and say “What’s your ID?” next to the doctor to which I told you. 
• Then I knew what you were doing (making a report), so I messaged you in OOC to stop shutting down RP and deal with whatever it is in OOC after the fact; but, unsurprisingly, you didn’t even see that. 
• We continued to stand at the local doctor, waiting for you to check-in for somewhere in between 5-10 minutes.
• At the bed, once again, I tried to talk to you. No response. 
• Only once did you talk to me throughout the time I was holding you in custody, waiting for you to give me your name. What you said was “just send me up, I’m not giving you my name, you do not need my name to sentence me” something roughly on the lines of that.

Overall, your roleplay is, to be quite frank, shit. You cannot physically bring yourself to even talk throughout the whole ordeal. I’m not here to talk about your roleplay further; only the report at hand.
Clearly, if you had just asked me to see my POV (OOC) I would’ve happily shown you. Instead you decided to waste your time and write a report during a roleplay session.

This could’ve been sorted without the report! No need to be grasping at straws just because you lost a situation .

You tried to resolve the situation with the player(s) before reporting: No

I feel like this could've saved a lot of time overall, there is no harm in taking the player in question to TS/Discord for a conversation regarding the matter before jumping to the forums for a report. If you had taken this time, you would've seen that from the officers POV he did nothing wrong.

There isn't a great deal more to discuss here, the officer has shown his POV and you were indeed on his side of the fence so nothing was done maliciously here in an attempt to exploit.

Due to the above, I will be declining this report today!
