Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my friend were looking for a bbq so we could roleplay having one and then a man with a monkey mask comes out of no where says nothing and shoots us in the head without engaging. Then came back and proceeded to try and harrass and annoy us to try and get a reaction out of us but we kept our calm and made a report.

I am the ID you are talking about within this situation. Over the past couple of weeks, you and your “family” have been coming to Triad Turf multiple times claiming that it is yours. While doing this, you have also been running over Triads, stealing our cars with absolutely no roleplay, and randomly killing Triads. This has resulted in people becoming frustrated and leaving the city until you give up what can only be described as harassment. In addition to this, you have been failing to roleplay as injured, failing to understand how the new life rule works by returning to Triad turf with full memory of how you died, returning to Triad turf 5 or 10 minutes after death too continue to harass and abuse members of the Triads. An example of this harassment is with the female members of Triad where you are repeatedly being misogynistic and hurl various sexist slurs.
All of this happening prior to the video you have uploaded and forgot to mention.
You fail to roleplay. 
You harass sexually and non-sexually every member of the triads you come across.
You fail to adhere to the new life rule.
Need I remind you, that your little snippet of "evidence" has clearly been taken to benefit you. Others and I can provide, if needed, multiple videos of you using information you should not have due to being dumped and your friends picking you up from locations in the ocean they would not have been able to find you at without outside the city information should you want to take this further.
The footage attached itself is less than 3 minutes in length, which goes against how reports should be posted. The footage provides no context of the events that happened prior or even afterwards which would show the actions of the “Sanders Family”. At the very least it is clear you have a vendetta against Triads and even Vagos I believe who have exactly the same issue with you that we do. To conclude, I believe this to be a revenge report as the Sanders Family have been coming under heat from all the gangs in the city and they view this as another way to mess with our mental health.

Why would I be required to provide longer footage? The evidence of RDM is shown clearly in the report above.

Because your video is only 29 seconds long, while we require footage that shows atleast 3-5 minutes prior to the incident. That is also clearly stated in the report a player guidelines and goes for you as much as it does for everyone else in this community when it comes to claims of RDM. 

So please let me know if you are able to provide the requested footage, otherwise I will not be able to action this report.
