What best describes this incident ?: (G2.4) Value of Life

Please (in detail) describe the incident: im low on cash and I am a vegan in game. so what do I decide to do? rob car users by setting up a fake breakdown to bait people to help me so I can rob them. this lady pulls over to help at about 3:49 in the video . as I bait her to my car and her back is turned I get my weapon out and command her to put her hands up. she turns and moans about having only 2k I ask her to drop that. she then proceeds to pull a bat out and hit me down. she did not roleplay any fear and had a complete lack of value to life.

This is my side of the story.
I'm a taxi driver but also a crew member, i don't get scared so easily since
i have been in more dangerous situations.
I carry a bat on me for protection
because taxi drivers are a target for robbery.
I stopped to help him, first i offered to give him a kit, but he refused
said he could not do it well, i then came out to fix it when he took out
his bat and threatened me telling me it's a robbery give me your money.
I then turned around and said that i only had 2K on me, he keeps telling me to drop it
so i understood that he would not negotiate so i pulled out my bat since it would
be one on one fight, we both had bats so i took my chance since it was a fair fight.
I as a woman should be allowed to defend myself if i see there is a chance to win.
If he had other weapons like a knife or gun i would have been more scared for
my life and comply with his demands.

 
(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.

I was ready to swing. No way in a real situation you would have time to pull a bat out and hit me. I never attempted to swing when you pulled it out because I was shocked at the lack of fear rp. No further replying from myself unless asked by staff 

 
You are to value your life if you are clearly outnumbered: I was not outnumbered, it was one vs one.

Or at an obvious disadvantage: I was not, we both had bats so fair fight.

You say you were ready to swing but did nothing when you saw me take it out so i hit first to protect myself because you threatened me so i clearly valued my life in this scenario.

Thats not true, you have never tried to resolve this situation with me regarding this scenario.

Out of curiosity, why not take the L and pursue this person to further the RP? 

before I proceed with anything I want to double check @Tastydo you want to resolve the situation on TS/Discord, I am happy to sit with both of you if that's something you are willing to do?

I'm not too bothered (politely) as she seems to not see anything wrong in her actions unless she would like too then I'm happy to arrange this 🙂 Only because it's not the most serious of offenses in context of the situation that occurred. I just would like her to acknowledge that this is fail rp and like you said take the L and possibly create more RP from it. Not always about winning or losing.

Out of curiosity, why not take the L and pursue this person to further the RP? 

Because 95% of the time i have been robbed as a taxi driver this happens:
I comply and give them what they want, then they knock me out-drag me to a far away place 
and leave me to die so i don't remember anything so i can't continue a RP senario.
Its over fast, it's borring really.  😕

A robbery those not always go in the robbers favor, you can win or you can lose.  🙂

What you don't see in the video is after i knock him out i call the police and when 
they show up we RP futher with them before they arrest him and take him away.
So im gonna ask the same quetion to Tasty, why didn't you pursue further after
being reliced from the cops if you wanted more RP from a robbery.

I am going to say that i might have been alittle fast on the trigger with the bat but
he was in an attack posision so my character took no chance to wait for your
response. He could have just hold it in his armes letting me know he had a weapon
and disscused it more but he was aggresive from the start.

yes luckily the RP did finish with the police allowing me to recover from your actions, its then not very motivating to go seek rp out with someone that broke a rule. I get your view point but unfortunately you still broke rule  (G2.4) Value of Life 

FYI had 0 intention of killing you. I do not like Rob and kill Rp but I understand others do it

The reason I believe you broke these rules is because I believe when you have a weapon in your face and you do not. You comply. Attempting to pull your weapon out is considered NVL. A admin can correct me if that is wrong
