Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and a few friends decided to try rob people cutting coke at the boat, as we walked in and told them to show us their hands one of the people in there (ID 35) decides to pull out and aim a gun at us. As we outnumbered him he was shot then we proceeded to rob the rest of the people in the boat, to which a couple decided to NVL. As it was unlikely we would be able to grab the guy with the gun we decided to leave and wait to see if anyone picks him up and helps him leave, we watched from above and saw an individual carrying him across the beach, he was asked to drop ID 35 however decided to ignore all instructions and was there shot by me and some others. We stuck him in the car to which then shortly after ID 35 disappe

Thank you for making this report, and apologies for the inconvenience of this situation.

Break-down:
- ID 35 was sitting behind the 'coke bench' with a gun already in his hands. I wouldn't necessarily deem this as a direct 'G2.4 - Value of Life' rule break given the circumstances. 
- Once downed, one of them is saying "Don't give them anything!", which first off is breaking G4.4 - Not acting injured, and bordering on encouraging a rule break, specially since that person decided to heed his friends advice, not give up the cocaine and proceeded to throw punches, at this point breaking 'G2.4 - Value of Life' rule.
- ID 35 is clearly combat logging on the beach, as seen in the video - and conveniently enough, was recovered and brought to a hospital. 
With 'the benefit of the doubt', it does not come for those who blatantly break rules to begin with, as of such, ID 35 is also banned for 'G3.1 - Meta Gaming', as I do not believe for a second he was found 'legitimately'.
