Please (in detail) describe the incident: After arresting Charlie and Jeff we were gonna transport them to prison. When doing so we at several times during transport both while the car was locked and unlocked they decided to get out of the vehicle while in cuffs. I am yet to know of police vehicles without child locks on the backdoors so i do belive this is exploiting especially since the vehicle is locked at times.

Charlie was given a chanse to come talk on ts but never showed up. Jeff was not and will not be given that chanse due to his behavior during the situation.

Alrighty, to clarify yes it is not allowed to jump out of Police cars while you are in cuffs, so whether or not it is possible plays no part, if you do it you are exploiting as per what the rules say.With that in mind...

Jeff Shawshank - ID: 558 1 day ban for exploiting C2.2, The only reason I am giving you an easier punishment than your friend is because you have stopped doing it when asked.In the meantime read the rules again and improve going forward, repeat offences of this exact thing will get you the same result as your friend.

Charlie Vaughan - ID: 312 Perm ban for exploiting C2.2 and Trolling C1.10, you were told to stop doing it a lot of time, but you kept taking the piss and have clearly done it to piss the opposite party off and ruin their night.
