Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on duty and helping a man gain access to his boot as he had not been in the city for a while so he was just wanting to know the correct muscle to use. As i was trying to show him a Male with ID:295 as seen in picture/video proceeds to RVDM myself and the man i was speaking to for no reason what so ever.
