What best describes this incident ?: ID267 RVDM

Please (in detail) describe the incident: There was no RP beforehand, I came across a downed person outside of MRPD and they were struggling to pick/carry the injured party. I tried to help in the only way I could by using the /me. Luckily the Police arrived and after watching the Go Pro footage I saw the blue car pull up in a bay, assessing the situation then purposely running all of us down like a 10 pin bowling alley. No RP even given after knocking us down, just literally a hit and run RVDM style (in my opinion).

Hello there and thank you for providing us with a longer video of the situation.

It's very clear that the reported individual intention was to hit all off you for no reason.

No roleplay was given beforehand and after he run everyone over there, he turned around and drove off without saying anything whatsoever.

24H ban under rule :  (G1.1) - Random Vehicle Deathmatch
