Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had just booked on duty as O-1 when I heard over my personal airwaves radio that an offduty officer using the call sign DS-3 was in need of assitance outside MRPD as a Male had tased him off his bike before being punched by DS-3 until he was downed. I arvied at the location and saw 2 injured males along with DS-3 I began adminstering first aid to a local male while DS-3 breifed me. I was informed that they had not been able to secure the weaspon on the male and as such I informed the male who was down and DS-3 I was going to be doing this. I placed the injured male in handcuffs and began searching him to remove the weapons I removed the weapons form his person but them the male disconnected. I could not solve it with the male involed as I did not know who they were as as such unable to contact them

Thank you for taking the time to make a player report @Avion Solar

Upon checking the video a few times, It would appear that ID 19 did respawn before they left the server. I can see they left around 3 minutes after the video you have provided ends, Also from the animation that is shown it's common with respawning over logging out whilst in cuffs. ID 19 did try and RP however it's possible they respawned due to the items being removed and there not being much RP after they was cuffed, Since they made a comment 'I'm injured and you don't even care about that'. Based on what we can see I will be denying this report however I hope you have a wonderful new year!
