What best describes this incident ?: (C1.2) Discrimination

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on the island doing Gus Runs, I saw 2 people dressed in all black on squad bikes while hiding and said on the radio that I need assistance just in case I was robbed. More Ballas arrived on the island to assist, we encountered these 2 people and realized they were Marabunta members. We proceed to rob both members with guns pointed. After I shoot both in the head and escort them to the top of a tower so they are out of sight while they bleed out. While they are bleeding out we are talking about how I was on the island alone yesterday and the same 2 members were again blacked out with an opportunity to rob me. While talking about this the Marabunta member says 'Why didn't we rob her yesterday then you fucking retard', which is out of nowhere, and said in an angry tone. I don't appreciate it being said in this situation as we were all calm and it was uncalled for. I will admit I didn't take it to TS as I didn't know how to react to this and tried to stay in character in the situation. I would like to also add that I did shoot him in the head and he was talking normally the whole time after. He did not act injured at any point in this situation and I can provide evidence that he was shot in the head.

If i remember right he did act injured at the start after we was shot first of all. And that u didnt bring it to TS, its unfair in my eyes. Especially after I explained that it was not said to offend anyone or to discriminate anyone, but unfortunately there was an outburst of rage due to several previous situations where we have been accused of something we have not done and suffered for it. 

And in this situation when we were accused of planning to rob you. And be told that it is our goal in general when we are on that island. even after I thoroughly explain why we were there. why we were still there when we met you. and answered the simple question. Even when I say I can show you the text messages as proof ect. in addition to the fact that we drove directly to you, honk repeatedly and greet kindly. Then you choose to blame the fact that you think we are there to rob you.

That did piss us both off. Because I honestly do not think you had in mind that we were there to rob you. I personally believe and am pretty sure it was a bad excuse to rob us. in my eyes bad rp in the first place. That ends with murder as always. (I personally feel that we should all be more creative when it comes to the part where people rob people. Focus more on the rp part of it, and not be so picky and / or rob / kill each other for every little thing as soon as one valuable reason comes up.)  

Anyway ... when i did explained that i was 100% sure it was not said to offend anyone or to discriminate anyone, but unfortunately there was an outburst of rage due to several previous situations. I feel it would be fair to at least give him a chance to talk with you about it, before taking it this far.
