Please (in detail) describe the incident: So after a long police chase we managed to stop and cuff a suspect. After a little bit @Jaffa Benitez were trying to put him in the car and he couldn't so he came over to us and the guy proofed. Acording to Jaffa he has combat logged once earlier today. I have meet this man several times before with several rule breaks. I have given him several chances to read the rules but he choose not to.

I can confirm this guy combat logged at least 4 times when i arrested him. @ConnorTheGreattcan also confirm that he combat logged at least twice right in front of him

Yup, Jaffa had tipped me off about his Houdining, so had Player IDs on so that we could hopefully catch him in the act. He didn't fail to deliver, giving us one blatant combat log whilst in a cell (ID 167 - Combat Log can be seen through the wall  whilst I'm dealing with my own suspect). He then proceeded to log back on, realise he had spawned in the middle of the cell block, run out, and Alt+F4 Immediately as we tried to cuff him. Entertaining stuff
