Please (in detail) describe the incident: As seen in the video it is quite clear that ID 130 / Glen has powergamed in order to dump me. He repeatedly kicked and punched me into the water which is a clear rule break of rule (G1.5) Powergaming.

Hello there @AlboReli, @Glen OBrien!

I hope we're doing well. 

I've had a word with multiple staff-members about their opinion.
We all came down to the conclusion of this being more (C2.2) Exploiting than (G1.5) Powergaming. 

There's a few ways to go about "dumping" someone, I personally dislike the whole dumping-meta, as you're ultimately avoiding future possible roleplay situations by dumping people, the way you went about it, is not right, you've had two options to go about this situation; 

You could've picked him up /carry (he can decline it)
You could've parked a car next to him, put him in the car, and dump him inside of said car. (alt eye near the vehicle, vehicle placement) 

The bad part about this you've chosen one of the WORST way you could go about wanting to dump someone.
