What best describes this incident: Low quality RP/RDM/Execution outside of Bennys
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Jack Twister (the fella who was shot) was asked to change his color of his cars due to this apparently being "too close to Ballas colors". Despite the fact he has been pulled by Ballas before & made aware they are fine with him having a purple pearlescent on his car.

In the video, I've included the RP around the incident as I was working on shift at Bennys during this while we waited for the Occult bonfire to begin. JT was asked to change his car while he was incapacitated in Bennys (in an accident, unrelated). He declined as he's already been told this was fine by said gang in the past. To which the Ballas members left & told us they'd return.

JT was treated by NHS outside since he was ran over prior. After that, the car was put away due to us getting ready to help at the Occult bonfire event & us heading up there. During that, we saw them return & ask him to pull his car out, over & over. After refusing and trying to explain that the purple is different to the one Ballas use, he was shot with nothing said afterwards, nothing else requested & next to no roleplay involved.

I believe the following rules were broken:
(G7.3) Executions
Executing another player must be realistic and be carried out with high quality roleplay. Example: To cut someone's throat you must have a bladed weapon

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)
Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

G7.3 was broken due to the roleplay being unrealistic & incredibly low quality. This looked as if it was just an excuse to shoot a gun.

G1.2 was broken due to the roleplay being engaged with next to no roleplay & no lead up to the situation other than a request to change the color of a car. I'm not sure how that justifies someones life.

Also, after the shooting I (Jack Twister) requested the Balla's involved to step into QE so we could sort the situation out. I received no response from the people involved

Good afternoon all,

The alleged rule breaks are G1.2 and G7.3.

G1.2 - The attack wasn't random, and not the highest quality roleplay. However, the person being shot did somewhat get what he deserved, considering the attitude given to the person with a shotgun in his face. It's self-explanatory, 'fuck around and find out'.

G7.3 - It doesn't apply in this context. It wasn't an execution, more of a gang shooting/attack. I wouldn't define them as the same thing, although their appearance can be similar.

However, shooting someone because their car is pearlescent pink on black after demanding they change it is, quite honestly, daft. I can't see a reason for why this scenario even took place in the first place, besides boredom and an itchy trigger finger. That is poor, especially for being a member of a whitelisted gang; I expect better before resulting in that level of violence over trivial issues.

@TurismoReaper - When you were shot, you did not roleplay your injuries whatsoever. The video cuts so I cannot see if you roleplayed your injuries properly post-outburst, so I will not action anything against you today, but consider this as a moment of reflection and learning.
