Please (in detail) describe the incident: ID 1021 was being arrested and whilst SEAN and myself were trying to arrest him and RP, he would make up that his "body cam" as a civilian was uploaded to the cloud after taking it from him in a tiny vest behind a button he said. After the situation, at the end ID 1021 combat logged after saying he had to go. I tried asking in TS after the situation but nothing from said person in the report.
