Server 2

Please (in detail) describe the incident

I was on a patrol on server 2, as the only officer online i was driving to prison with to prisoners. Then a helicopter appeared and try'd to land in front of my vehicle. i proceeded to turn around and out maneuver the helicopter. During that i did unfortunately hit a tree and a died. Due to me being annoyed by my self i acted as i was unconscious. I then got some really poor roleplay before i was swiftly executed. I feel that this was not anywhere near the standards of our server and should not be acceptable.

First I would like to start by apologising for the lack of roleplay in the situation that encountered, I feel I could have done a lot better on my part. However, in my defence I feel that good quality roleplay can only occur when both parties communicate well which didn’t happen in this situation even though I attempted to engage with roleplay by attempting to wake the man up.

After the situation had occurred, I was poked on TeamSpeak and was asked to come to the Police liaison where I fully accepted I was in the wrong and was happy to compensate in any way I could. After the situation wasn’t getting anywhere I asked TikTak to explain to me a example of high quality roleplay for this certain situation in which he responded on the lines of you should know the rules or something like that. I felt that you didn’t want to resolve the situation and just wanted to push for the report.

To conclude, I am not here to break rules and this is proven by past ban and warn history. I felt the way that TikTak handled the situation was not what I expect from a board member of the community.

I would totally agree if you even gave it a proper try. You never know if you would have used your imagination and try'd to roleplay what would have happen'd.

What would you comp? From what i gather'd you had no actual regret. From my view you were only sitting there answering what i wanted to hear. You said that you knew what you did was wrong and was gonna apologize but surely then you would have open'd the conversation with a good propper apology. Your answers were static and the same attitude others come with. If you would have actually sounded like you cared it would be a completely different situation. I dont have to talk to you before i put a report up if i didn't want to give you a chance i wouldn't have bother talking to you at all.

Feel free to specify. I handled the situation in a controlled manner, keep in mind you just ruined a potential roleplay situation and i will admit your behavior in-game did annoy me but i still spoke to you in a polite manner. I would also like to say my position in the board has absolutely nothing to do with this case as this is a personal matter in no way shape or form did i mention the board or that i was representing the board. I dont think we shall start involving 3rd party's into this same as i have not involved your gang in this only you as the person involved.

If you have any complaints of staff abuse i would refer you to @Drew @TomTheDoge @CC Aiden or @Ram

If any further replays are required i might not respond very quickly as i am about to pack down my gear tomorrow night. I will respond as fast as possible and can be reached thru discord if the matter is urgent.

I have nothing more to say. I have simply expressed the way I felt you dealt with the situation, regardless, my only defence is that you said absolutely nothing to me, just a small noise to express your pain in RP after being given at least 10 seconds to reply to my questions. For any roleplay never mind high quality roleplay both party's have to take part willingly, I opened the floor to a roleplay interaction and you gave nothing in return. I agree the final RP could have been better, however from your lack of enthusiasm and willingness to talk to me how am I meant to give you high quality RP in a situation where the second party isn't responding. Thank you for letting me state point of view, I will await a staff decision as I have expressed all that I feel I need to.

I will make something very clear before coming to my result of this report.

As a staff member, we are encouraged to place a report a player instead of dealing with a situation on the spot. This allows many other members of staff to look into the situation and look at it from a different perspective.
This also stops us from making clouded judgments of an unclear situation. That we may later regret or have to go back on. This leads to us as a staff team looking bad.
This is one of those times and this has allowed many staff members to look at this situation.

The Roleplay given was could have been more, but this can only of gone further if both sides are willing to give roleplay.  Unfortunately in the video shown the roleplay was very one-sided and as such, I will be rejecting this report.
