This entire incident was less than 1 minute long, I realized i wasn't recording and started it as soon as I could, I was sitting in a car waiting on someone meeting me and was not saying anything, this guy showed up and went to the window of the car and pulled out a pistol and said "get out the car" (twice) but I stayed in the car, he then said "I am giving you 5 seconds" and that's when I hit record right as he started the countdown, he then shot me at the end of the 5 seconds, RP was of the lowest quality and he also done a countdown.

ok so here is my side of the story 

Ok so see him in his car which was better than mine so I was gonna steal it, I pull up next to him and pull my gun out and aim at him.I told more than one time to leave the vehicle to which he didn't speak about half a minute later he still hasn't replied to which the video happened before that I didn't fail RP what so ever ,I gave him plenty of warning to which he ignored!

To conclude this report. Since the video is very short there is not much to say about it. @Hamilton Morris for the future try to have some kind of recording software in which you can record continuously (like plays.tv or shadowplay).

However what I can judge from the video is that before killing you i3velupgam3r did a countdown. Never is a countdown allowed. It specifically states in the Random Deathmatch rule:

"(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)."

Because of this @bomb_proof_pro will be given a warning for Poor quality roleplay. Please refresh yourself with the rules making sure this does not happen in the future.
