Please (in detail) describe the incident: first he tried to steal my car then he drove my car in the water. he tried to run a way but my friend hit him a few times. then he stole another car and then ran over me with the stolen car.

Piece of advice. If someone is driving towards you after you and your friend have punched him multiple times, don't run towards the car and then jump in the way of the car. You are going to get run over... In future use some common sense.
