What best describes this incident: I would love to vc with whoever gets this report as you will understand the entire event perfectly. They even joined QE and couldn't explain it they said they assumed we was a gang. In very simple terms before i explain below, i was kidnapped killed and OCEAN dumped because they assumed i was in a gang...
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was doing the bin trucking job thing with 2 of my friends, their character names are Tenzin Tzeshwani and Dougie Jones, we was driving through gang territory doing the job before we got surrounded by a group of people in black sport cars, they came over to my driver side as I was driving the vehicle and began asking me questions about a gang called Northside ' ' something. I told them I was clueless and had no idea what they where talking about so they then pulled GUNS on ALL of us. They got us out the cars shouting at us, zip tied me and kidnapped me.{{{ (FWI I have been friends with gang members months ago when I played I completely understand this part of the story I'm just giving backing information, they explained in QE they are trying to find people spying on them who are in the gang they are looking for, fair enough even though that's still a poor reason)}}}. They then took me to the docks aiming guns at me and I could see my friends in the distance with a crowd around them. I had a man you will see in the clip with Black curtains and I believe his name was Dylan as i asked him and we started having a general conversation. {{I have been kidnapped a lot and i understand its their favoured roleplay, so I know how to cooperate and value my life to get out of these situations.}} We was speaking and he was telling me how im 'sound' and not giving any attitude to them. They then shot my friends in the distance and who I believe was called 'Dylan' took me over to them. I started to speak with them when they firstly began shouting about how I better not give attitude so I didn't and spoke to them normally asking them to please not shoot me and that I'm completely innocent and just trying to get money. They started telling me to say 'Fuck Northside' and that they are 'Pussies' so I did to avoid death. They then said how I'm not apart of the gang as I wouldn't say that stuff if I was. I spoke to another one who is seen in the clip who also said I was very cooperative and not 'lippy'. This is when I began clipping encase they killed me for absolutely no reason as up until this point they had no reason to. In the clip you can hear me say how I'm scared one of them is holding a gun at me and im not going to do anything, they find a knife on me while I'm HANDCUFFED and I explain its simply for protection and I make a joke saying its useless when stuff like this happens. They are all fine with it until a random person in a car who wasn't involved with me in the slightest shoots me in the head. For no fucking reason. I was annoyed but obviously they are just kill hungry and its there fun, they then dropped me in the ocean so my only options are losing everything I own or permanently dying. {{ In QE, his discord is Sergio and DaranW, so you can get them and ask for their player names. They said to me in the call I was very cooperative and did the right thing the only reason they killed me was because they are in a gang war and assumed I was apart of it}} {{This is the reason for killing me and I assume my two friends}} {{ This is ruining the server, I simply want the answer of can I now go around killing everyone and say I simply assumed they hated me and was part of a gang they have never heard of}} I understand I don't have names but it will be so easy for you to find them. I'm going to keep playing the server I just want these lot sorted cause its the most stupid reason I've heard. OCEAN DUMPING over an assumption that came from nothing. Never heard of them. Seen them. If they get away with it what's stopping anybody from RDMing and saying its because they assumed something. I would understand if I was argumentative in the slightest but I wasn't and they fully acknowledged that. SORRY FOR WRITING SO MUCH Vbut these lot are mind numbing. Nothing they can say can justify ocean dumping people over false accusations. I cant kill people across the city and say they are apart of a gang also after saying i know they aren't.

I was the one that shot you. You seem very emotional over a game tbh mate its not that serious. We were in the middle of a gang fight and you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. People were talking to you and roleplaying with you but unfortunately we didn't have time to stand around and chat any longer so I decided to shoot you and leave you for dead. I'm sorry I didn't show you any mercy and let you leave but I'm a gang member and that's just the kind of stuff that I do and I had had enough of listening to the waffle. We had things to go take care of. I'm guessing you might be new to the server because you've got so emotional about it so maybe work on that a bit.

I've played for quite a while, what kind of excuse is you had no time to stand around so you left me for dead. You cant just randomly kill people because you are a gang member then say they are emotional when they report you. You just admitted to killing us for absolutely no reason. Like i said if i came and started killing randoms across the server then told them im a gang member they need to firm it, it doesn't work.

Nah I just started clipping afterwards incase they decided on killing me which this JB guy just said was him. The clip isn’t great and doesn’t give much context other than the proof I was ocean dumped and shot. Although this JB guy kinda fucked himself as he admitted the reason I died was because I was in the ‘wrong place at the wrong time’ and that he shot me because he’s a ‘gang member’ and that’s just what they do. Isak am I allowed to go around killing random people and just simply say I thought they were apart of a gang? It’s just boring af and not enjoyable. Didn’t care until I was ocean dumped as they surely aren’t allowed to just claim anybody to be a gang member, kill them and dump them to lose everything they have cause they felt like it.

Before I get started, I would like to point out some stuff that is provided in the Report a Player Guide, under the Report Requirements it states:

• Any clips must include 3-5 minutes of unedited footage before the alleged rule break occurs so staff can gain some idea of context and lead-up.
• The only exception to clip-length requirement above is in cases of indisputable evidence of a blatant rule break.

In this case, your footage is 1 minute long, and is more than likely missing a lot of important context. I am not denying that your explanation is false, or that you are lying. But I cannot take your word on that it is the truth on what happened. For the future, it could be smart to have your clips set to a longer recording time to ensure you get enough context, shall you put up another report in the future.
