Please (in detail) describe the incident: this guy keeps coming back to vdm me and others mainly me, and it started as he got killed because he stole a bike and didnt like getting killed and that we didnt help him and watched it happen, so he keeps coming back and vdming anyone he can find who was there.

@calpol04Do you have any additional evidence or anything showing that players ID if they we're following you for a while trying to ram yourself of the bike? Also from reading the reason for the report, I assume there was RP between yourself and this player prior to them trying to get you off the bike?

so i dont have player ID, and the guy was downed from pissing people off, and we was watching him from a far and he kept coming back and going he hit a good few of us and almost killed us but he came back when i was on the phone there

No problem and thank you for letting me know @calpol04Based on the video overall it is only 27 seconds long. Overall for an RVDM claim we need at least 3-5 minutes prior to this since looking at the video in a short clip in itself could look like a rule break when for all we know there was roleplay leading up to you being hit off the bike as a whole. Since there isn't any additional evidence for this report I'll be going ahead and denying the report due to lack of evidence.
