What best describes this incident ?: VDM. Ran over maliciously with no RP.

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had the most awkward rp experience with the 2 people in the van. They were unable to have any sorts of conversation and started to speak parts of spanish. I gave up with that rp as it was going nowhere. While running away from they drove off. I was unable to do /sessionheads in time as they had already fled (There needs to be an easier way of getting their ID's). I called them out in OOC chat but got no repsonse from them.

I didn't lose anything from this encounter as I got taken to hospital by a friend in the area, but these 2 need to be taught how they should RP correctly.

Will, sadly and according to the info you provided this information we cant work with it , there is no ID show,any info even they didnt kill you with any way or hit you expect with hit you with the car, and the worst part the car plate number is local car number so can't search or look who own it at least.
i wish i could help more but nothing i can do at this case.
