What best describes this incident: VDM + Stolen Vehicle
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was driving along and the guy comes out of nowhere talking to his mate on discord saying hes got a bike obviously trying to take it. Then I drive off and the guy just rams me off my bike in which I die and then just hotwires my bike and drives off.
