What best describes this incident: G3.1 OOC Information
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hello, I understand there has been a number of reports cropping up between our two groups (mara and hustlers) and I wasn't really planning on making this report but I cannot get my head around the situation. I decided to make this report as I believe that OOC information has been used to get IC information regarding my character.

I strongly seperate my legal job working at mosley's with my gang activities with mara. I have ensured that I do not expose my identity to enable me to safetly work at mosely's without issues but suddently today that changed. From the beginning of our conflict there has never been any conflict even with me actively advertsing on tweedle and standing at mosley's. This morning I was actively standing with two hustler members (also Mosley trainees) having a conversation who had no idea I was a part of mara. A few hours later I sold a vehicle at 4:52 to my partner (IC) and headed to Del Perro, then to AE, then back to Mosley's without being followed. I was still wearing my mosley's attire the whole time. Once I reached Mosley's I get confronted and then apprehended. They said that they posted a tweedle to get me to come to Mosley's but anything that happens past this is not relevant to this report as they already knew who I was at this point as stated in the second video.

This is what I want to know, how this information was given to them. Apparently they were told a mara member works at mosleys, and it's 'Bruce'. The main thing is they mention that they know I sold a vehicle just shortly before they confronted me, how do you know that? No one was there other than me and my partner (IC). On Discord Lois mentions that a new hustlers member told her this.. so was outside information used? (I.e. Mosley's discord due to hustlers having access as employees, this tells you who and when a car is sold). There are two new mosley's employees who are in hustlers.

I attempted to resolve this through QE but I was not satisfied from the response I got as I was just told "Someone told me" and they were not willing to tell me OOC how the information was obtained. I understand the lack of trust and that they may believe this could be used IC even though I died. I am happy for you to send your clip/evidence in a ticket to the admins if you are worried it gets out. I am happily willing to be proven wrong but as mentioned above, I cannot wrap my head around how you or one of your members found this out.

Hello Bruce,

You openly admitted to Jeff that you were Marabunta, even saying you don't want to cause conflict at your place of work. Granted you don't know Jeff is in Hustlers because that information is only known to a small circle of people thus leading you to believe he is not in Hustlers (

You even messaged Jeff after the altercation took place.

The hustler you admitted that were a Mara to and then messaged asking him to "keep it between you and him", unsurprisingly told his gang that were in Marabunta because who wouldn't?

The people who were told this information were about before and after the 2pm storm. After also learning about your place of work, we frequently drove past, even setting up there for a short while hoping you would come to sell a car and we could grab you since we were out looking for you since the morning time. We even put a message out on Tweedle on an alt account hoping you would turn up and attempt to sell a car, with all of us being set up waiting to grab you since we were endlessly searching for Mara all day previous to our encounter.

Daley also knows that you were in Marabunta from your previous history together. You were in a gang called Sinz, where Daley says you and him didn't exactly see eye to eye, aswell as fighting eachother in the not so long ago war between Marabunta vs Changaloas. Daley has also spoken to you at Marabunta turf, with you in Marabunta clothing.

Thanks for the response! I am glad that I am able to get some answers for this situation of what occurred earlier. I understand you did not want to 'out' him over QE but I wanted to understand how you got that information due to the fact that it appeared the information was obtained potentially via the mosley's discord. However, I am still not sure how he knew that I sold a vehicle shortly before you grabbed me when he was not there? Does he have an explanation or clip of being in the area to know?

Jeff did the correct thing there letting you guys know, and of course that information he is in hustlers will still be unknown for Bruce and will continue to trust he is in 'NSC' until found legitimately otherwise.

I am aware Daley knows me from the previous gang, but for the length of our conflict there has been no prior attempt to kidnap me so I did assume that due to Daley and me never really having any personal issues/conflict (out of war) he may have just ignored this fact as it was always on the back of my mind one day he may spill.

Other than my confusion with the whole vehicle sale, I am happy with your other points as all I really wanted was an understanding (which is why I tried QE first).
