What best describes this incident ?: They are using their private gang parking in order to prevent me from being able to access my car

And while my car has been locked in their storage they been have repeatable  putting tickets on my car and they have stripped the upgrades, I'm not sure if its against the rules or not but I thought I would include it just in case.

 
We was at an understanding that this was allowed considering this happened to us recently and was told by staff to figure it out in RP, Until a staff member considers this a rule break then we will be keeping the car to teach you a lesson in RP.

 
I asked a staff member and they said it is not alloweimage.pngd

Then certain staff need to get on the same page about these things. I was told it would be power gaming to hold a person at gunpoint and force the car back out of their garage, I assume you're reporting for the same reason (Power gaming)?.

@xRy4nCxI would suggest checking with the leader of your gang on this matter. I'll provide 24 hours before proceeding 

 
@MerekThe leader of the gang isn't a staff member, Also I believe it was you and stuart patterson who I spoke to in ts regarding this a while ago?

 
I am aware they aren't a staff member but they are informed of situations like this, it was discussed recently and the verdict has been reached that it is exploiting to be doing this.

 
If that's the case @JDrpI noticed you said above that you tried to resolve the situation before a report, as far as i'm aware you didn't. I'm happy to go to ts as this is deemed a rule break or I can just release your car tonight from our garage?

 
I did try to resolve it as seen in the video. I also have another video where I also tried to resolve it.

Happy to go in TS just in RP right now, as for when they ask did you try to resolve this before reporting, I believe this is referencing OOC methods such as TS.
