Please (in detail) describe the incident

Ourselves (UNMC) where doing a patrol around all of Altis. When we got to Kavala we ran into PAV executing a man. We didnt agree with what we just saw so we thought we would interrupt and try to speak to them about what just happened. After about 2 minutes it was all resolved and understood. We where almost leaving them be when Huskyy (member of PAV) came over and shouted "You go and ask Tempa, i fucked your little sister." This comment was directed at Soap. (This upset him in game, and in teamspeak, seeing as his little sister is 4) Anyhow after that Dark (PAV) knocked out Huskyy saying, "Now thats abit fucked up, okay take him, take him!" After this a UNMC member zip tied Huskyy after being told we could "take him." When we drove off they decided to initiate on us. We saw this as a bait initiation. This then led to a mass gun fight in central Kavala.

Side notes:
With PAV we have tried to resolve issues similar to this before, in which letting them off the hook, and a couple of days later, somthing else happens.
Also about 2 hours after this event, 5 minutes before restart when about 20 UNMC members had logged off, and there were only 4 online, 2 at main base re-gearing. PAV robbed the 2 UNMC members at our main base, whilst they where re-gearing. 5 mins before restart. - https://youtu.be/yqQvDXC3VD0

Hello, i am firstly going to say  "You go and ask Tempa, i fucked your little sister."  this was not directed at Soap at all, it was directed at Tempr himself as he said "fuck off" in a laughing tone as he knew it was directed at him, secondly can I would like to see a longer video because at 0:59 a person responds with "RDM ?" and than another person goes on to continue saying "Naa we" and that is where the video ends, and lastly i can understand about my role play, yes it was not the best but what was said was not "stop or die" it was a minimal chance to roleplay and I said "stop the fucking car now, stop the vehicle now or you will be shot", it is not the best but it you where not shot straight of the bat as you drive, you got around the corner than decamped with you then being shot at. And also in your side note video at 1:06 Someone said "Pavilion, the bellends we were in a war with earlier" I would like to also ask who that is...

I am willing to discuss this in a liason with you and Soap with Husky and Tempr and I do apologise as my RP was not the best at this time.

Eh.... I'm sorry to comment on this but i believe this has been misunderstood as to my knowledge this was not directed at 'soap' as i was in the situation he ran up to me tempr not tempa I don't understand how this could've been targeted at him but i'm fairly sure Husky did not to mean to direct this at soap. I also believe that some of this is incorrect as there was as such an attempt on resolving through there was not 'letting them off the hook' as we were later 'declared war' against us due to this situation and telling us you want revenge. The situation that lead to this was the gunfight in Kavala which you described and you trying to speak about the execution was hoping out of your Quilin and saying something along the lines of woah whats happening here (while pointing guns at us) and then telling us to put our hands which is weird how that's just before the video starts, myself unfortunately not having recording of this. You can also you hear you wont make this out alive from one of your members which seems like a threat to life, another reason to try to attempt to save our friend not a 'bait intiation'.

I am willing to discuss this in a liason with you and Soap with Husky and Tempr and I do apologise as my RP was not the best at this time.

Not going to reply fully atm but I will say this. This was our first meeting with the unmc seeing as we only made the gang two days ago. It looks like you have completely misunderstood the situation and made the situation much worse than it should be. As Maiko and tempr said if you have taken this the wrong way we are sorry and did not mean to upset anybody on your side of the situation.

I was saying sorry to you because you had taken the whole situation and thought that I had said it to your group of UNMC. So I was saying sorry invade I offended you in any way... Also would like to add that both me and Maiko are banned at the moment. Maiko being perm banned I'm pretty sure. And me being part of the blanket banned of Pavilion. Thx

For a decision of RDM, we do require a longer video as was mentioned by Fade above. However, as a blanket ban has been issued for PAV on the matter already (and I do believe this situation was accounted for in doing so) - I will be rejecting the report on the grounds I feel like this has already been dealt with through other means. That being said, this does look very poor on you @Huskyy and no doubt will factor into your current unban appeal. There is insufficient evidence at this moment in time to say this was definitely a rule break, and we won't chase the matter further other than my advice to you. I very much hope your words in the unban appeal are true and what you intend, because if the above keeps happening, you can't expect us to believe you again and again.
