Please (in detail) describe the incident

Attending an incident were police officers were being shot at, I arrived and found the bodies. Just as I pulled up a silver SUV arrived with an armed passenger, I took cover and ordered the Driver and Passenger out and to place there hands behind their head. The passenger got out, moved round the back and shot me. After I died, due it him not having tags I asked PLF who were involved in the situation if Husky was apart of it, they informed me that he wasn't.

I couldn't find him on TS so I used the in-game message system to ask him to come to TS. I got no reply both time's I asked.

Hi I have just seen this post now and i am a bit confused. I have been in the teamspeak the whole day and i did not see any of the messages in game.

Ok to start this off. A fellow member of LOV which I believe was Monk i may be wrong was just killed by a police officer at ARAC so really we was in a gunfight with the police so really i guess we could have killed you anyway. Also in this clip you have just initiated on me which is why I am confused of why you are calling me out for RDM. ?

I would have happily spoken to you on teamspeak but it doesnt look like you have put much effort into it. I have been in the LOV rooms all day with my in game name Husky and you couldn't find me? All you have to do I search with CTRL + F...

And as i said i didnt see any messages if you sent them ?

I'm currently at work for most of the next few days so I will be unable to speak to you on TS.

I did search though TS looking for husky, but it came as red in the search bar.

Though I did initiate on you the you ideally should have told me that I was going to die/something along those lines.

But your fellow officer already had killed one of our friends so we can kill you back. If you didn't want us to kill you, you didn't have to instantly initiate on us you could have spoken to us first...

I had two officers dead, I saw a firearm in your car, I took precaution as you could have possibly been the people that killed my fellow officers.

Ok. I get you would take precaution. However i still don't understand how this is RDM in your eyes? We was in a fight with the police then you initiate on us so I kill you.

To me my initiation wasn't full. I wasn't going to kill you for failing to comply with me, I had no reason to kill you. How do you think it is right to exit your car and gun me down like that? Other RDM incidents I've had that are similar to this member support that I spoke to said it was RDM. ( though I did not approach member support regarding this incident)

If I arrived to that situation and shot anyone with a gun I would be called out for RDM. 

Why didn't you leave the area, were you looking for a gunfight with police? 

If your member was shot by police then be it, but I believe more could have been done on your part in the situation. 

I think this report also brings up problems on the server regarding combat in large scale and against multiple gangs.

Right but if I didn't do what you said it wasn't the case of me being tazed and restrained because you didn't hop out with a rubber bullet gun or tazer, you jumped out with a mx which would instantly kill me... That is threatening my life.....

(9.1.3) Rubber bullets and tasers must be used unless lethal force is ordered by the highest ranking officer in that situation

though I could have ordered the use of lethal force I wouldn't have till my life was threatened, if you hadn't followed my orders I would have tried to detain you with my tazer.

Anyway, though I'm not happy with how this has played out, since you say your gang was already involved in firefight with police I will drop the report on RDM.
