I was driving on a road with a hemmit box full of opium and suddenly this dude swerved Infront of me as I'm driving past. I cannot tell if this is intentional or not but it just looks suspicious as the dude turned Infront of me last minute

ive watched the video a couple of times. 
And this was def not his intention. as you can see just after the rtc the offroad rubber bands. 
This was a case of desync.
