Well i was driving with my van in kavala going to pick up me friend (Rapper Sjors). and then i looked behind me and a guy in a black van was following us. But to make sure that he was following i was driving in a realy wierd way and he kept behind us so i stopped my van and picked up my friend. Then we got behind him and started following him and after a while of following i wanted to overtake him and then he just rammed in to me. when we where laying on to the ground we tried to ask if he could come to teamspeak but he kept acting like he didn't know what is was. So we told him in chat where he needed to come and he just ignored us. Then we asked for his name and he just killed himself and disconnected from the server. after like 5 minutes when we also died he came back online and tried to ask him if he could come to teamspeak using OOC but he ignored us and after asking a few times we left the game because he was clearly not working with us.

Hi,

After reviewing the evidence I came to the following conclusion:

The guys name is a bit unclear to me. I listened to the evidence multiple times but didn't hear him say his name however him saying it wouldn't be sufficient evidence eitherways since he could simply say a different name to prevent punishment. 

Also this is hard to call VDM. You were overtaking him and while doing this were relatively close to him. You can also see he barely steeres. He didn't reply so his intentions will not come to light however for now I'm unable to accept this report.
