Me and my friend smashy were just about to fly away just as we lifted off a heli came crashing into us for no reason.

Firstly, The outcome that occurred is not what I intended to do. I saw your Huron on the ground and I attempted to rotor block it therefore you could not take off , however by the time I got close enough to do so I only just realised that you were taking and off and tried my very best to pull away from the Huron's rotar as seen in the video. To add I found it odd that you never slowed down or attempted to slow down at all in any way in your ascent up even when you noticed the heli above u. Furthermore, Your friend 'SMASHY' continued to call me a '' Fucking Imbred'' In OOC at about 35 seconds in the video. You also break roleplay at 0:50 you state ''That is so RDM'' in game and I understand why you may have reacted like that but fail to see why you had to say it ingame and couldnt of just asked me to Teamspeak like you said you did however I don't remember you doing. asides from saying it was RDM ingame you broke roleplay several times during this whole situation like when DR Philup came and said ''I dont want to break roleplay but-'' and then Philup since you were speaking out of RP ran away from you. However your video failed to capture these other moments and I dont have video proof so cant do much about that. Im sorry about this outcome but It was not an intent crash but also I you could of handled the situation on your end much better buy not breaking RP, Out of game insults, or call us to teamspeak.

Hi,

After reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion!

2 helicopters approach you while you are in your huron doing drug runs. You tell your friend to get into your helicopter to try and flee this is when both of the helis are attempting to land/hover over you. You go straight up in the air and as I can see HOME is approaching at a very high speed. You go up in the air trying to flee away I can then see that @Kobe jones14 is still approaching you but sees that you guys might hit each other and he tries to prevent this from happening by steering away which fails. While it's easy to say this is VDM this is not. This is an accident and accidents can happen. So the report on HOME will be denied. However from the video I can see/hear some other interesting things. 

First of all the comment @SMASHY made in sidechat "such a fucking inbred". While this might have been done out of situational angriness because of you dying this is still not acceptable to call someone. Also when looking into your sidechat history I can see some very questionable things. You will be given a warning for 1.3. To prevent further issues I want to recommend you to behave. 

With regards to @alex1 "What a fucking retard, that's so RDM that's so RDM bro" all broadcasted in-game. you are heard breaking roleplay at around 0:50 in your own video. While I understand this may have been out of anger please do not do this again. Because of you breaking roleplay I'm going to assume here that calling HOME a retard was not done as an in-game reaction but more aimed towards himself and not his in-game character.  You will be given a warning for 1.2 and 3.1.
