We encountered an individual by the name ''hobo Ghaleb'' that was non compliant and non responsive when we met him. He did not RP at when we met him. When we died, and we attempted to solve the issue with him he was constantly flaming and trolling showing immaturity and no respect. We did not plan on opening fire on this individual, however he did not respond to any calls and my friend thought he was going to open fire on him. I included our outside of game talking with each other on our private teamspeak.

I believe this player broke the following rules:

(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.

(1.7) As a roleplay game every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense. Things like the following; do not swear at people (out of roleplay), troll people, or bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from our servers.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

We attempted to converse with this guy through voice chat, I am quite unsure if we broke the rule because (2.8) says

''Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members. ''

I'm not gonna even write a long message  Im just gonna say that you guys broke all the rules and not me. 

If any actions gonna be taken against these two guys I'd rather not have them banned. As I dont have anything against them, even tho they tried to get me in trouble.

Brother, you should cancel the report as you will be the only one getting in trouble. Do yourself a favor and just tell an admin to put resolved or something.

Alright, I'll start of by saying Ghaleb broke zero rules in this video that he's provided. I have not looked at any evidence @Gadsilla provided seeing as You've failed to upload it to youtube as you were asked too by staff. 

On the other hand @Gadsilla You and your friend broke several rules such as rule (7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.  

You did in no way engage in any form of high quality roleplay before shooting, all I heard was "Sir stop your car" when he'd already stopped and was out of his car followed by you guys shooting him, then after he kills you both you both proceed to break rule (2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.  

I do believe you've both read the rules but you've severely misunderstood them. 

@Gadsilla You and Strauf are to contact my on the forums and set up a date to talk on teamspeak where i'll walk you through the rules and some of the more complex aspects of them to guarantee you won't end up in a situation like this again. You'll have untill 10/03/2018 to contact me, failure to do so will result in both you and Strauf being banned for rule 7.1.3 and rule 2.8. 

Ontop of this you will both be recieiving warnings for the rulebreaks I mentioned above for this incident.

@Gadsilla has contact me and been spoken too about the rules and should now be fully informed. 

However Strauf has failed to contact me and will therefor be issued a ban for rule 7.1.3 and rule 2.8
