Basically my gang member and i decided we would go into Kavala and find someone to kidnap so we found 2 guys sat at a burger stand none were armed so we thought of these guys will do but before my friend could get to me one guy had ran off and one guy was left so we said hey dude come here and he kept running so i said stop running or you'll be shot i said this 3 times and he kept running so he was shot then i saw his friend jump into the river and pull a gun so i said to him come out with your hands up then i saw he had a rifle and said twice put your gun down he didnt so he was shot aswell whilst i was dealing with this guy a random person ran upto my friend and shot him then did the same to me without any form of initiation whatsoever also when we went to talk in TS they were very rude to us and left without resolving the situation and TomTheDoge can verify we went to him before making a report

can I just say guys I offered compensation today and I even offered double because I had to go but u said no and that you were going to report me I would of compensated today but u said no. then followed that with if u don't comp me  now then I'm gonna report you. I offered double comp but you said no I tried to resolve the situation but u just wanted to put a report up. u could of understood my pov when my parents were tellin me to get off pc and eventually pulled out my cable I would happily compensate... in my opinion you made no effort to resolve you just said I want my money or your reported.... OK I understand you  are angry but I can comp today if you want it can be full price on the items not half price

when I logged off 7 minutes after the situation I went to team speak to see what the issue was. we chatted and he said that he had 1m worth of gear on him. instantly I didnt believe him I asked for evidence by that time my mum pulled my cable out. as you can see he didn't show his inventory so how can I see 1m worth of gear? I can compensate today after school about 4pm if he would like from what I can see the gear is about 200k and I can comp that today. I don't want to get banned I love the server and it's new update. if you pm me on steam or if you are on ts I will join and we can sort comp?

 
At no point can you say we did not try and resolve this with you because we wanted to get it sorted also my friend who was also Rdm'ed "Original report maker" @Prent did not know wheather he would be on, we tryed all efforts to resolve it but then you continued to say that you had not broken any rules which is not ture in this case is it ?, so also in my opinion you need to read over the rules again. Then you started to refuse to pay for any gear we had inside our bags which we had proof of therefore in my opinion the whole time you was just procrastinating the situation untill it got to the extend where you had to go also you did say "if my parents turn off my wifi one of the others will resolve the issue or comp" which did not happen because you all just left,  @prent also uploaded two videos for you guys to speed up the resolution of the situation so please don't say we didn't try because we all know that is not true.

Also it is not all about comp it is about the purpose of it, the rules are not just there for people to claim compensation it is not a way of making money, TO BE HONEST THE COMP WAS THE LAST THING ON MY MIND. The annoying Was people should not be breaking the rules then go on to not resolve the issue you have caused and flattened peoples RP experience within the server if you was to do that to me and i had just joined the server and you did what you did and nothing was done about it i would see the server as a bad server, a server were people can do what they want but that is not the case this server has rules and boundary's for a reason Not For Money :)

firstly can i just say at no point did we say i dont want the comp i wana report you i said this cant go on untill tommorow as i may not be here (im lucky im here right now as the rest of my lessons for the day were cancelled) and also please do not say that we did not want to resolve this if we did not want to resolve this i wouldnt have spent nearly an hour uploading 2 seperate videos just because you asked for them nor would we have even asked you to come in TS in the first place also i do not believe that your parents turned off the WiFi abruptly as you implied as before you disconnected you said ive got to go ill deal with this tommorow

Also it is not okay to be blackmailing on team speak in any way and continuing to tell us that you refuse to pay for the amount we had as the following information shows...

blackmail? what I said as you put the report up I don't feel like paying you 300k each as your attempt to resolve the situation was dismal, I asked, literally begged for you to pay you tomorrow because my parents were nagging me I offered double but in my opinion you were only interested in reporting me, you weren't happy with just comp you wanted a million or you were going to report me. I am not paying a million for gear that you have no proof of why should I? as previously stated I will compensate when you get proof of the gear you had. OK?

 
as we have said we don't care about the comp we care about people breaking rules

 
So u want to get me banned comp can resolve a situation, maybe you don't care about compensation but I care about my position in the community and I wouldn't like to get banned from the community as I love playing here... I don't want to be banned I was stupid and I know that I try to resolve it but u don't want to know... what more can I do??
