Please (in detail) describe the incident
Was just standing about INSIDE the Athira Police Station. When HobbleSten decided to randomly shoot me out of nowhere. My Shadowplay did not record at the time, however I do have a picture and Nosey's shadowplay perspective (Ben Rumbleberries) I did try to contact him multiply times after and only after a few hours he replied with "??" and I asked him why he shot me and he never replied.
