After drowning this bounty hunter at the pier at kavala i decide to head back into kavala and wait outside of the bounty hunter H.Q to see if this guy would show up there and break NLR

About 3 mins after his death he shows up there i ask him to come to the copper king lobby on teamspeak for a chat about his rule breaking he declines and here we are.

Do you have footage of the time inbetween the two clips? The issue is, for all I know there could've been 20 minutes between when he died and when you saw him at the bounty hunter HQ.
