After me and my friend Viking went shopping for some diving gear on the way to the Market we got stopped by a Hobo Checkpoint. Somehow they had access to spikestrips, which I did not notice at the time but that's not of huge importance. After getting stopped by the spikestrips I was told to exit the vehicle, which I did considering there was no other option since my tyres were popped. Due to the fact that my character always for some reason pulls their gun out when exiting a vehicle he thought I was going to shoot him, but I clearly wasnt since I was 2/3 through the hands up animation when I got shot in the head twice. This all happened within 3 seconds. My death scared them off and my friend got away unscathed. Hope that this gets approved considering I have videographic evidence. Also, I would love it if this doubles as a Compensation request form too considering this was RDM. Inventory prior to death is shown in the video and since cash doesnt seem to drop anymore a compensation of 5k, which is what I had on me at the time would also be nice.
