Please (in detail) describe the incident

Multiple rules broken including: RDM, Racism, Breaking RP, Combat Logging.
These 2 got themselves a Rook and kept passing it between each other and RDMing in Kavala.
In the video, someone offers to execute the downed RDM'r and the RDM'r yells "noooooooo that's RDM!" which leads me to believe that he's fully aware of his actions yet continued to do them in different situations with different people this morning.
They RDM'd someone i know earlier this morning when i wasn't around and then RDM'd someone at Kavala bridge and the guy's friend downed the RDM'r (Which is where i was present).
I stuck around till the RDM'r died so that his buddy can't loot the Rook off his body and continue RDMing (They had less than 20k in their banks so i knew that if i secure their Rook, they can't instantly buy another one).
