Please (in detail) describe the incident: Today i have come onto the RPUK discord server for a browse as I have not played the server in a week or two due to reasons like this what I’m reporting today. (I have put this report in as a member of the community as what’s happened shouldn’t be happening)

Between the hours of 1400 and 16:20 I have seen texts in the Police Public channel in the discord intimidating user: SweetPanda#9906

People I am reporting for harassment (potential bullying/intimidation):
HARRYTHEONEk#1249 (Instead of messaging sweetpanda on discord privately, or simply reporting what he thought she had done wrong, he decides to clog up police public embarrassing her clearly trying to show of to other members of the community at her expense, he should have reported it on the forums and not sit and harass her in a public discord channel for all to see. Sweetpanda told him
several times she didn’t troll but HARRYTHEONEk#1249 did not stop and continued to keep accusing her.
ConnorTheGreatt#1888 (As formal staff I would have thought you’d have conducted yourself more professionally in public channels, you even state why would we report it on the forums as it isn’t a rule break, yet members of the discord are ripping into her putting her down, did you not think it would be time to try calm the situation?) But connor seemed to blend right into this action.

The main purpose of this report is because it was not needed, as staff leads have stated in the past if you have an issue report it doesn’t try intimidate/ bully someone in a public channel especially when she has asked for it to stop.

I want to put this report in for staff to review but also so this can be looked back into in the future depending on where it goes.

Its not ok to get someone into tears and intimidate them.

Overall my aim aint for bans to be rolled out but to stop this happening in the future, maybe an announcement or discord rule being implemented.

I’m unsure here if I’m being reported or any of the other CID members that were having a discussion in the police public chat , I will state if I am being reported there was no intent to harass or intimidate we were discussing the poor rp at a checkpoint that took the place last night I would also like to add at no point was there mention of this discussion being asked to stop and I would like to note you restated the discussion after it ended by replying to comments made 30 minutes prior

Am in several of these screenshots in the 'evidence' section you gave, not 100% sure why you put all them in there but would like to state, the initial conversation we had was resolved and each side from it acknowledged what was said and left it alone, until you brought it back up in Police Public acting like we was attacking her, which was not the case at all. No one there was attempting to get 'her down' was just wanting to get her to understand some issues, rather than straight going to a report, better to educate someone on an issue than move to report straight away.

Added this as well, as when we was just talking about it you deemed it to ok to insult us.

I love roleplaying as a cop even though PC Elisha dont take her job as serious as others. So i have not quit as a cop but ive quit as RPU i want to just consentrate on DSU and thats it but obviously i need to be on Response. I shouldnt let people get to me but it has. I have had many different characters and yes even though some have been annoying there is no need to be called a troll that really hurt and someone commented that i mentioned that the wanyamas where trolling(while being Karen MacKee) and i cant remember ever doing so. For some people im a nuisance and a troll but i understand i cant make everyone happy. I dont like reporting people but yes i agree with Katyln it has become a problem and i think it should be dealt with. I want to do right by the server i dont want to break rules. I even asked them to report me if they had a problem with me as im sick of the constant reminder of my rp of characters that no longer exist ie Karen MacKee and the wanyamas and PC Julie Johnson and the stolen jet they have been long gone and im constantly reminded and bullied about it in Police Public. Please help us by stopping this harassment there is no need.

Apparently I should've carried myself more professionally in public channels? No thanks - this is a game, and an online community - not a job. I will conduct myself how I wish and unfrotunately others cannot stop me as long as it is within the communities rules, which it is. Not a clue why you've even brought this up. so im right in saying that im not being reported as atm i have no clue as im included in the evidence but not named ?

but also i would love to underdstand how resolving a situation instead of reporting can be considered bullying now do i agree with certin things be said maybe no but i did see members of this community voicing their opionions regarding this cause and think the use of the term "troll" was not mentioned in a bullying manner but simply a term to describe what was occuring.

I have shown these screenshots to multiple people who have stated its point blank bullying, i am submitting it to RPUK so they can make their decision on it. If you cant see whats wrong then theres something up. Everyone was asked 2-3 times to stop i even jamp into the situation asking members to stop or simply report it on the forums but no one did and it just continued! This ultimatly ending in people in the discord server reducing a member to tears. It was not fair at all. 

I think youll find the situation was done by 5 minutes when i responded, people had intimidated her, to the point she didnt want to play on RPUK anymore and wanted to leave the police, as staff are aware this aint the first time people have done this to her and all its doing is pushing her out the doors which is unfair! She has had several reccomendations within this community and is a valued member. If any of you suspected her of breaking a rule you should go out of you ways to publically humiliate her but should report it or privatly DM her. 

Thats the point it wasent to educate her at all as people where laughing at each others comments, when she asked it to stop yous didnt and instead continued it? So even if it was to educate her why did it continue?

My quote " Its better then getting her down on here aint it! How sad is do you have to be" That is simply me saying how sad you are for picking on someone and bullying someone, its not an insult, as per the screenshots prove. 

Next time why wouldnt you just stop when asked to do so??

I just thought youd have been more professional if im being completely honest. I rarely go into the city now as stuff like this has put me right off, i opened a ticket last time (some of the people doing this to her did it to me a month ago) Its not fair that members are feeling like they cannot come to RPUK or return to RPUK because of the likes of this. Its just not fair, my aim aint to get anyone banned but for something to prevent this going forward.

Maybe you should look at the definition of the things you are reporting people for before you report them for it. I have literally zero idea why you have singled me out over others who actually said things of note in the discussion. 

It was a discussion about trolling, which had ended, when you came in all high and mighty and restarted the debate 40 minutes later, which then led to people poking fun at you. It wasn't bullying, it wasn't harrassment. Grow up and stop trying to get people who you don't like banned for something that didn't even happen.

It is almost crystal clear that you are trying to show off to other members of the community? If that was a joke it didnt make me laugh it just shows you aint taking this report serious at all? 

I have had so much life experiance and know the definitions of what i am quoting,  i havent singled you out i have put around 10 screenshots above of this situation for staff to look into?

It was a discussion around accusing a member of the community for trolling, when she had asked yous to stop and report if yous thought she broke a rule yous didnt listen and continued the conversation. Yes if i see a friend get reduced to tears to the point she is thinking of leaving RPUK with 5-6 people harrassing her of course i will step in? I come to RPUK to roleplay not to sit with grown adults who think its ok to intimidate and bully another member of this ADULT Community?

Yes at 15:02 LilPanda aknowleged her one mistake after 5-6 of yous would stop accusing her, but it continued? I stepped in when she was in tears and clearly upset by this!

You're right - I'm not taking it seriously at all. In my opinion my name should be no where near this report. 

As such I will not be responding unless prompted to by a member of staff.

I come here to have a laugh and talk to people, not have baseless accusations, that could be damaging, thrown at me. If the 2 or so comments (towards different people) is classed as bullying, then I will eat my own boxers live on stream.

Hi, these are all screenshots after the conversation, we spoke between 2-3PM and these are all from 4-5PM, we can't stop something we've already spoke about. I have included screenshots, and no theres a huge difference between opinions and harrassment/ bullying   

5-6 people intimidating one person and reducing them to tears is NOT ok in the slightest. 

The screenshots i have taken show how disgusting people are being towards a member of the community, so im quite happy with them, staff can look back over the discord, the reason for all screenshots i have taken is to stop people deleting them when they see the report. 

I will not be responding further, staff can give their views on this and i hope something prevents this happening again as it is not on. This has happened to myself in the past also for reference TICKET:closed-16018

Hello!

I have looked through the evidence provided by @Katelyn West- We take the accusations of 'threat to, or harassment of, any person' very seriously. 
What I see in the individual messages provided, is a group of, what is meant to be adults, behaving like children and in short; unless it escalates to trolling, it's not against our rules to be immature.

I don't see 'Bullying and harassment', to the degree where someone is actively trying to disrupt, demoralize or upset somebody, out of character. 

Do the individual comments come across as 'nice' or 'heartwarming'? Hardly - But it also does not constitute a community ban.
They are childish and show a level of immaturity where I ALMOST would proceed with a PEGI ban, had I not known these people are of age...


A word of advice to all involved - Distance yourselves from each other, remember that these conversations are not a one-way-street; which is why, individual comments cannot be judged upon to that degree - unless they show a very clear, disgusting behavior with actual malice. 
- If it continues to the point where it does affect you @LilPanda- Please, tag Staff and / or Discord Mod to oversee the conversation, and we can shut it down. 
Should people continue after the intervention of Staff, warnings, kicks or bans will be issued.
