I meet this gentlemen by driving my truck boxer through Kavala in which he runs in front of my car trolling and complains I ran him over, after this he starts to make 'threats' asking me to get money out of the ATM otherwise he will call the police, in which I believe is power gaming, not quite sure as I wasn't held at gun point but regardless. He then metagames my name from my head as I have never met this person before and continues to say my name after that I go to drive away and he just runs in front of my truck multiple times.
