I was picking up a member of my gang that had swam out of the red zone after not have been fired upon for around 2-3 minutes, I was out of the red zone when I was shot out of my helicopter. I tried to resolve the situation on teamspeak but after talking to him he said he did not want to talk any longer.

Do you have any video evidence of the situation that occured, preferably 3 minutes prior to your incapasitation. A screenshot is not enough to come to any conclussion I'm afraid.
