My and my friend were driving in a van and some guys in a off-road pull up next to us and get out yelling "Stop the van or your tires will get shoot!" we stop and I get out pulling my gun out as soon as I can. I ran behind a corner to get some cover and try to talk with them or shoot them. I tell them to stop running after me to be able to get a bit of space and tactical advantage in case they start shooting, but as soon as I finish my sentence I got shoot.
I talked with Harry on TS and he told me that he shoot me for pulling my gun out, even tho I think those 3 commands to not pull my gun out (while pulling it out) followed by my shooting were too fast. But after I showed him my video he kept changing his reason for shooting me and he kept harassing me in TS while I was trying to prove my point. After a while of waiting in support channel for an admin to get a ruling on this he gets another one of his friends in that channel and he changes the reason for shooting me again, while both continue to kinda harass me and ignoring my point of view.
I think the rules broken here by Harry were RDM or at least Low Quality Role-Play.

Hi I am just replying to this as I was involved and witnessed everything and I'm just going to explain why I don't think this is a valid report.

You were told not to pull a gun for number 1. You were surrounded by 3 people and getting out with a gun was really bad idea. If you had just got out and put the gun away fair enough but you didn't you ran away and proceeded to pull out the gun and you aimed it.

Why should anyone of us let you live when you do that and we've already told you not to pull a gun at any moment you have the gun you could easily have shot us so you were killed for that reason also it was abundantly clear you weren't going to comply with us anyway, I mean you decided to run away while reaching for a weapon.

Second reason and the main reason which I feel makes this invalid is you literally state you will shoot us at that point you've made a direct threat while aiming the gun so again like I said why should anyone take a chance like that?
