we were trying to pull a hemit box over which we thought had been robbed from a guy we were hanging with, while trying to pull the hemit over we tried to over take and accidently bumped the front of him (i wasnt driving), we then pull up at the side of the road and attempt to get out of our car at the same time in doing this we are shot by the person in the hemit with give no initiate, he killed 2 of us.

I was the guy who was driving, and died first. I swerved infront so that i wouldnt hit the tree. If  I WAS trying to VDM him i would have just hit him, not snuck by the side.

No words, i pop out the car to speak to him and he shoots.
