The driver vdmed me on purpose, he cut me the road. Can't be more obvious. They didn't want to talk. I don't know who was the driver.

The issue is we don't have anyway of telling who the driver was. We can't just ban two people who might not have even been there of their own will. 

Rejected.

 
Yes, I understand but you can cleary see they both die at the same time I die, so we know these two guys were actually in the offroad, but for the driver no clue, what ever an admin told me to report them so I did eventho we didnt know who was the driver, you can maybe check their garage to see who has the red offroad in his garage that's the only way I guess.
