I'm sorry but did you really actually make the effort to even resolve? I hear your friends in teamspeak saying "Get him banned" If you're playing to get people banned for small issues this is not the place for you. I'm debating weather you did try to resolve as you only had to mention to him that you can't read names ect as it is meta gaming. 

Report Rejected based on the fact you're all saying get him banned and he claims he was in your gang. hmm. I will talk to  Harambe myself to discuss the situation.
