My teammate was being robbed, I hide behind my car. My teammate tells them I am not involved and not his friend.

As I am watching what happens, I hear a distorted noise. I looked for where the noise is coming from.

I get shot.

I asked him to come to TS however ignored me.
I went into TS to get an opinion from staff and they told me it was RDM/ Low quality RP and put it on the forums.

Hello,

After reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusions.

So your friend was being robbed and whilst this was happening, you where taking cover behind a car with the weapon out. So, if your friend says that you are not involved but you had your weapon and not leaving the area and taking cover, that makes you involved. 

Now, that guy was probably with him and saw you, no I agree that it wasn't the best RP, borderline RDM. He needs to attempt to RP with you more and get closer to make a formal initiation and more time to comply with your orders.

Based on those findings I am going to be issuing a Ban on gunnhw for Poor RP/RDM. Please be aware that we don't want to see this on our server and more RP is needed before you kill someone as it should be used as a last resort as stated in our rules. Now, before you appeal I suggest that you re-read the rules and make sure that you fully understand that what you did was not acceptable.
