What best describes this incident: G1.2 Mass RDM, G11.2.1 Temporary Groups
Please (in detail) describe the incident: We had taken Shnidel to the arcade basement, i called Mazza a member of ballas and asked about it Shnidel which he said that its a grey area but a member of grove has told ballas that he is hanging about for Grove as shown in POV 1. Whilst providing medical rp to Shnidel I heard doors open upstairs so go to check where i see who i believe is Ramsay and he then opens fire on myself without a single word exchanged, which i expected better from a gang lead to be honest. Every other time we have been pushed from grove we have had words exchanged such as telling them if they come in they will be shot. I believe they ran in and wanted a quick win and therefore failed to initiate a situation that would lead to a shootout. This led to what i believe is mass rdm. Also i believe there is teaming involved as you had picked up shnidel who is a hangaround and not in the grove F6. I have added another pov off the whole situtation from another member of cutlass.

We did not push because of schnidel we had no clue he was there. We pushed because leyton said you were sitting outside the arcade we arrived at arcade saw you weren't there and pushed inside.

Instead of getting so angry over pixels please attempt to liaise with people rather than wasting staff time because you are angry.

I would also like to add that we are in an active aggresive war. We decided to push the arcade before Ballas pushed us. We drilled 4 doors which you would have got a notification for. We then bumped into you on the stairs where the fighting started. If you would have shot us there it would have been fine buut because we shot first you are moaning. I feel this is a massive waste of staffs time. Also Like Juan said we did not know you had someone downstairs. The result would have been the same.

Hi Shnidel, while we did try to provide top quality medical rp, as you can see by the beginning of the "Surgery" that Martin was about to do, however unfortunately it was cut short by Grove RDM. Also the teaming accusation was on the basis that we originally believed they pushed to recover yourself, if that wasn't the case then it doesnt apply anymore.

Like the way you are still refering to this as RDM. You shot back and we was pushing your gang turf. This required drilling into 4 doors before getting to you. I did try and speak to you before you ran into the door but you caught me off guard as didnt exspect you to run at me like that. When I turned the corner I could see your members with guns in hand and this is the reason I started to shoot.

In the provided clip, you can hear me com on the radio about hearing someone in the arcade. This is why other Cutlass members pulled their guns out and were on high alert when you entered. I want to highlight that when you came down the stairs, you met with me, I had neither a gun or a knife in hand, yet you proceeded to shoot without any prior communication or roleplay.

While I understand you may have attempted to speak to me before I unlocked the door, I believe this does not justify firing without any substantial roleplay beforehand.

You also mentioned seeing Cutlass members with their weapons drawn, however at the moment you shot at me, you wouldn't have been able to see any of the Cutlass members inside the bunker with their guns out due to being in the stairs. I only pulled my gun out after i was shot at, and Martin reacted quickly to my radio com and pulled a gun out (as seen in the clip provided).

Furthermore, you referenced us shooting you and the other Grove members.

Given the circumstances you created, what alternative response were we meant to have?

We found ourselves in a scenario where we had no option but to retaliate due to the shots being fired before any opportunity for roleplay or to de-escalate the situation.

Lastly, I understand you've lock picked multiple doors, but in both clips provided, we received no notifications therefore were unaware of you being inside the arcade let alone on the stairs to the bunker.

I'm going to start with this little comment. I am sick to the back teeth of players banding this statement around, whenever a gang lead is involved in a situation that hasn't gone their way. Once again, a stark reminder that community leader standards are judged by the staff team, not players.

First off, you've taken a non F6 hangaround, now I have since cleared up the reasoning, but I will refer you all to a previous report and say. They are NOT a part of your gang war. If you're targeting them, there needs to be a reason thats isn't related to the war. THEY AREN'T INVOLVED IN IT!

And my final point before moving on to the report content. Posting a report before the gunfight has even finished, is a tell tale sign of a poor loser's attitude. Do better or you may find yourself out the airlock. We don't want this poor attitude within the community. Do better.


Now on to the actual rule break in this report.

Whilst Cutlass and Grove are in an active aggressive war, it was agreed by both Ramsay and Theo, that the war rules, would fully follow server rules. Which means that yes there is context to this fight kicking off, but I'm failing to see any roleplay being provided prior to the fight. Theres no back and forth, theres no build up. Nothing. which means, that this is quite simply a case of RDM.
