Please (in detail) describe the incident: So Mara are at war with grove, we have been looking for them since about 9 nowhere to be seen we drilled there gang house and there other building looking for them, We saw one guy dressed as Ramsey in grove colours his name is Graham (Dont believe this person is in the gang tablet I could be wrong). We grabbed him and took him to turf 5 to 10 pass then We then get callouts that 3 of grove are on turf, we head over. Once I was downed it seems like they were appearing out of nowhere am suspicious of them not following the (G11.5) Ongoing Hostile Situations) and maybe metagame, but I can't prove this. I did manage to QE with one of them, and they said there was an announcement to all get on at 10. I looked at the time the GPS was sent, and it was at 10:07 So to me, it feels like they could be logging on after 10 and getting involved.

OK yes they could say we came after them, but they know they are at war, why would they go sleep on turf knowing if there's an ongoing fight they will be in the middle of it and won't have a choice but to fight. It felt like a hope on squad.

When we get off, and not, on turf for this reason.

Hello mate, I hope you're doing well and I'll explain the events that took place to help give you some insight into our perspective.

The plan was for everyone to log on around 10pm and convene away from our turf, which we did. We had one of our members investigate Grove Street and he had given us the all clear that there were no Marabunta in sight and that the turf wasn't occupied. As a result of this, Grove as a collective moved to our turf to better prepare ourselves.

I'm assuming this is when you got a callout over radio and in response Marabunta pushed and forced a combat situation.

I'm not aware of anyone logging in and getting involved when the combat had begun and I'm also not aware of anyone logging on at the turf.

The person that you grabbed isn't a part of our F6 and so it's a separate situation to your interactions with us. There wasn't an ongoing combat situation between Grove and Marabunta but rather Marabunta and Graham.

If you or staff have any questions, I will be happy to answer them.

Thanks for the reply, Kilo.

That being said, you can't 100% for sure say everyone didn't log in on turf, a few might have. But again I can't say for 100% either, it's a sticky one. It felt a bit suspicious at the time, all I could have been done is this and staff can look into.

This is all I have my self was expecting 3 grove. But I don't have a clip of others showing up, I didn't see them appear out of nowhere, it just felt odd. That, a fight that shouldn't have lasted as long as it did, did with the numbers that were called out over radio.

Good evening all,

I've reviewed the evidence presented and what I can gather from 'behind the scenes'.

There is no evidence to prove G11.5 was broken; all those involved logged in before the gunfight started. As an entity was reported, not an individual, I checked everything I could to verify the timeline of events, and nothing led to any rule breaks.

Metagaming is also very difficult to prove, but considering all those involved logged in prior to the gunfight, I see nothing to act upon.

I appreciate you filing this report, @Martle, but I hope this has squashed any concerns you had; Grove didn't do anything wrong that night, from what I can see.

Also, P.S. You weren't friendly fired; you whiffed and got shot by the Grove lady
