I was on a NHS patrol and we were responding to a man injured in truck shop in Kavala. As we arrived there was a masked man (Grizzly Bear) @Grizzly Bear  in the shop and he was very angry towards the man on the ground (Pwotwor ) @The Real Proctor.
I’m not sure what had happened and the way he was acting I was not interested in what had happened between them. The attitude he showed to myself and the other medic was disgusting and uncalled for and not needed ever in any RP situation. He went completely over the top with some of the things he was saying.
I feel the way he fired a gun to make us leave is appalling. He could of quiet easily of played it out differently. This was a very lazy way of doing it.
He was clearly very angry and making bad decision, but this does not excuse him from the disgusting behaviour he showed.

As part of the NHS I cannot talk to people in OOC and with the behavior he showed I was not wanting to talk to him. As I believe he would of just been more abusive to myself. Hence i did not make an attempt to resolve in TS.

It's roleplay, as long as I don't say anything racist, homophobic, inappropriate or personal It's fair game.

There currently is not any rules preventing me from swearing or being disrespectful in roleplay. (as long as it isn't listed above)

Well, at the start of the Rules it states.[SIZE=12pt] [/SIZE]

“We expect people to show respect, act like an adult, and treat people how you would expect to be treated to keep this a place that people enjoy and look forward to coming back to.”

Now, this isn’t a rule but it clearly gives the idea of how people should act on the server and in the community.[SIZE=12pt] [/SIZE]

If I had acted like that, I couldn’t personally walk away and put my hand on my heart and say that the way you acted was mature or respectful. I also couldn't say that, that was even any sort of RP.[SIZE=12pt] [/SIZE]

Moving on, the rules I believe you to have broken are.[SIZE=12pt] [/SIZE]

(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.

I don't believe this was any type of RP. I had laterally arrived and you shot in the air. This was all to make me leave.
A better way could have been to talk to me. Say to me why you didn't want him revived like, you could've told me he robbed your kid’s lollipops. Anything other than what you did do. It was extremely low-quality RP. If it even constitutes as RP that is.

Things like the following; do not swear at people (out of roleplay), troll people, or bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from our servers.

How I look at this rule is it fills in the Grey areas around 1.1/1.2/1.3. I also feel like it goes to support the first statement I wrote. This is an Adult community where we come to have an enjoyable time. What you did I felt was neither mature or enjoyable.

To summarise.
No rule directly says what you did was wrong, it's all down to interpretation. Now I cannot see how what you said and did was anything but wrong. It was a terrible display of so called RP and not something I would expect from anyone on this community and something that I don't want to experience again.

[SIZE=12pt] [/SIZE]It would have been all too easy to walk away from this and not reported your actions. However, I have integrity and I truly believe what you did was wrong.

I don't really have much more to say on the matter. I will wait for an Staff member to review now.

I've had a read through and viewed the evidence and come to a conclusion.

@Grizzly Bear In this case you've not directly broken a server rule. All the swearing here is within roleplay, you've made it quite clear you want the NHS members to leave the area. Is firing a gun into the air the best way to do that? Probably not but either way you made it clear and the NHS members should respect this and move on.

The RP and attitude isn't great here grizzly, you know you're treading a thin line already and I've heard from other staff members your attitude has been less than desirable. Expect a chat with one of us regarding this.
